Inbound and Outbound Sales

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers with the goal of selling products and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing them with information about new products and services and addressing any concerns they may have
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management
  • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Handle customer questions and objections in a professional and courteous manner
  • Follow up with customers after each call to ensure their needs are being met
  • Stay up-to-date on all product and service changes
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions
  • Report any issues or concerns to your manager in a timely manner
  • Assist other team members with their sales calls when needed
  • Help develop and implement new sales strategies
  • Provide feedback to management on ways we can improve our products, services, and processes


  • Proven sales experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • English, Hindi, Bengali Speaking Proficiently.
  • 1+ years of outbound sales experience.
  • Education: Bachelors in (Hons.) (Preferred)
  • Language: English & Hindi (Preferred)

Hiring for Accounts Executive at Chinsurah Office

Accounts & Tally Prime.


    • Perform supplier reconciliation
    • Maintain the general ledger
    • Debtors & Creditors management.
    • Preparation of various types of MIS reports
    • Perform bank transfers like RTGS, NEFT and outward remittances.
    • Ensure Vendor and credit card reconciliation
    • for all Ledger Accounts
    • Helping the senior officer and CA at the time of audit.
    • Manage all accounting transactions like invoicing, expenses reporting and payroll.
    • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
    • Daily fund planning to ensure payments are made to suppliers as per turn-around time.
    • Preparation of Overall Creditors & Debtors Ageing Report related to  vendors based on Books.
    • Download bank statements daily and perform reconciliation.
    • Record banking transactions.
    • Work in complete cooperation with the rest of the office team (Sales, Products and contracting, Operations) and Inter-department communication and coordination with teams
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
  • Education: Bachelors in (Hons.) (Preferred)
    Experience:Taxation: 1 year (Preferred)
    Language: English & Hindi (Preferred)
    License/Certification: Tally Prime (Preferred)
