Inbound and Outbound Sales
- Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers with the goal of selling products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing them with information about new products and services and addressing any concerns they may have
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system
- Handle customer questions and objections in a professional and courteous manner
- Follow up with customers after each call to ensure their needs are being met
- Stay up-to-date on all product and service changes
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions
- Report any issues or concerns to your manager in a timely manner
- Assist other team members with their sales calls when needed
- Help develop and implement new sales strategies
- Provide feedback to management on ways we can improve our products, services, and processes
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven sales experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- English, Hindi, Bengali Speaking Proficiently.
- 1+ years of outbound sales experience.
- Education: Bachelors in B.com (Hons.) (Preferred)
- Language: English & Hindi (Preferred)

- Perform supplier reconciliation
- Maintain the general ledger
- Debtors & Creditors management.
- Preparation of various types of MIS reports
- Perform bank transfers like RTGS, NEFT and outward remittances.
- Ensure Vendor and credit card reconciliation
- for all Ledger Accounts
- Helping the senior officer and CA at the time of audit.
- Manage all accounting transactions like invoicing, expenses reporting and payroll.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Daily fund planning to ensure payments are made to suppliers as per turn-around time.
- Preparation of Overall Creditors & Debtors Ageing Report related to vendors based on Books.
- Download bank statements daily and perform reconciliation.
- Record banking transactions.
- Work in complete cooperation with the rest of the office team (Sales, Products and contracting, Operations) and Inter-department communication and coordination with teams
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors in B.com (Hons.) (Preferred)
Experience:Taxation: 1 year (Preferred)
Language: English & Hindi (Preferred)
License/Certification: Tally Prime (Preferred)
